Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers find the best ‌solutions to meet⁤ their needs adn solve problems.
  • Create a plan for your area to focus on what’s vital and​ increase ‍demand for our products,which helps patients.
  • work ‍closely⁣ with your team and⁣ colleagues to‍ support customers and ​make sure they have access ‍to what they need.
  • Understand the market and what our competitors are doing so you can find opportunities and ⁣respond to challenges quickly.
  • Use data​ and trends‌ to ​learn about your area,‍ help ​promote our products, and⁢ connect with customers in ‌person or online.
  • Lead meetings with important people to solve tough problems and⁣ work together to help customers.
  • Provide swift support and⁣ work with our Patient specialty Services ⁤team to make⁢ sure customers ​have a smooth experience.
  • Use online​ tools and different ways ⁣to connect with customers, both online and in person.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year ⁣college or university.
  • At‌ least 5 ⁢years of experience in the pharmaceutical,biotech,healthcare,or a ⁣similar industry working ‍with large⁤ sales teams. We also welcome people with experience in medical devices, diagnostics, life‌ sciences​ services,⁤ insurance, consumer health, or business-to-business sales, especially if you’ve led teams and worked closely with customers. If⁤ you’re applying for an entry-level position, you don’t need a lot of sales‍ experience.
  • A⁣ history of⁤ strong performance and experience selling to large customers.
  • You should be able to work ​independently,analyze information,and solve problems.‍ You ​also⁢ need to be ethical and create a work ​habitat where everyone follows company policies and ‌laws.
  • You⁤ must live within ‍the territory or within ⁢a 50-mile commute.You’ll need ⁣to travel⁤ 60-80% of the time and have ⁢a⁢ valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with different types of treatments, ⁢diseases, managing accounts, ​and launching new products.
  • Knowledge of patient ⁤services,market access,specialty pharmacies,insurance,and how to talk to ‌doctors about‌ our ‌products.
