Northeast Russia Weather Forecast: February 12th Update

by Lucas Fernandez – World Editor

Scattered showers and localized fog are forecast for northern Vietnam today, February 12th, according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting. The inclement weather is expected to be particularly noticeable in the northeastern region, where drizzle and reduced visibility due to fog are anticipated both this morning and overnight.

The forecast indicates that the cold weather persisting in the North and North-Central regions of Vietnam will continue through the night and morning. In contrast, the southern part of the country is expected to remain sunny and dry. Residents, particularly those in mountainous areas, are advised to capture precautions against the cold, as temperatures are expected to drop during the night and early morning hours.

The conditions in Hanoi are predicted to mirror those of the broader northern region, with intermittent rainfall and light fog expected early in the day. Cloud cover is expected to diminish later in the afternoon, giving way to sunshine.
