## NodalView acquires Propershot, Bolstering AI Capabilities for Real Estate Visuals
NodalView, a leading European provider of real estate marketing solutions, has acquired Propershot, a French company specializing in AI-powered real estate photo editing. This acquisition strengthens NodalView’s “all-in-one” platform and positions it to become a dominant force in the European market.
NodalView’s suite of tools already includes videos, 360° virtual visits, 2D and virtual home staging, all enhanced by artificial intelligence. These tools are designed to help real estate professionals create and distribute high-quality visuals that meet the expectations of potential buyers and renters.
Founded in Paris in 2023, Propershot has quickly gained traction, attracting over 2,000 customers with its AI-driven features. These include automatic photo enhancement, sky replacement, removal of unwanted objects, digital retouching, and virtual home staging capabilities.
The acquisition brings Propershot’s engineers and AI specialists into the NodalView team, with the stated goal of “constituting the largest European team dedicated to artificial intelligence applied to the improvement of real estate visuals.” Thomas lepelaars, co-founder and CEO of NodalView, stated, “With the arrival of Propershot and Flaash at NodalView, we now have the most ambitious AI team in Europe, dedicated to improving the real estate research experience. No one invests as much as we do on this segment.” (This follows NodalView’s acquisition of Flaash, a virtual home staging specialist, in June.)
This move also solidifies NodalView’s presence in the French market, with a Parisian hub to be maintained and expanded to better serve local customers.
Notably, the acquisition is fully self-funded, demonstrating NodalView’s financial strength. ”Our operational excellence, our profitability and the absence of debt to our assessment strengthen our financial solidity. this puts us in a good position to continue external growth operations,” explained Solgnas Maxim van Reybrouck, CFO of NodalView. The company has previously raised over 10 million euros from investors including Volta Ventures, Profounders, Kfund and Finance & Invest.brussels, while maintaining a profitable growth trajectory.
NodalView’s ambition is clear: to “become the leader in Europe of real estate marketing solutions.” lepelaars concluded, “Ther is a real prospect for NodalView to become a important leader on the continent. We will continue to combine our strong organic growth with external growth opportunities to strengthen our unique position on the market. Always with the ambition to build the most complete and qualitative solution for our customers.”
