Nicki Minaj faces the potential loss of her $20 million Hidden Hills, California mansion due to an unpaid judgment exceeding $5 million stemming from a lawsuit filed by a former security guard.
The legal battle began in 2022 when Thomas Weidenmüller alleged that Kenneth Petty, Minaj’s husband, assaulted him during a trip to Germany. According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, a final judgment was issued on Thursday, January 22nd. As Minaj has not yet satisfied the financial obligation, Judge Pánuco is now seeking a court order to sell Minaj’s California property.
