NFP ‌Recognized‍ as a best Place to Work in Insurance for ninth Consecutive ‍Year

The annual Best Places to Work in ​Insurance program, conducted by Business Insurance‘s custom publishing unit and Best Companies Group, evaluates companies based on their‍ commitment to attracting, developing,‌ and retaining talent. The⁤ assessment utilizes a two-part process: a detailed employer questionnaire covering policies, practices, and demographics, ⁢and a confidential employee​ survey ⁢measuring engagement and satisfaction.
