Ukrainian Court Accused of Humiliating Father of NABU Detective Detained on Espionage Charges
Kyiv,Ukraine – The family of Ruslan Magamedrasulov,a National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) detective detained by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) on suspicion of ties to Russia,has accused the Kyiv Court of Appeal of inflicting purposeful emotional distress. Maria Magamedrasulova, the detective’s sister, alleges that their 65-year-old father was subjected to a degrading search at court, forced to undress to his underwear adn examined with devices.
