The Al Omrane Expo Marocains du Monde 2026 opened in Paris on Friday, February 13th, showcasing Moroccan real estate projects and financial offerings to Moroccans living in France. The event, running through Sunday, February 15th, features all ten subsidiaries of the Al Omrane group, representing Morocco’s twelve regions, alongside its renovated Paris branch.
The expo aims to strengthen ties with Moroccans residing abroad, aligning with royal directives and the Ministry of Housing’s strategy to improve accessibility to homeownership. A key focus of the event is the “Daam Sakane” program, designed to facilitate property access for middle-class and low-income households, according to organizers.
Several partner banks are participating, providing integrated financial support and tailored solutions for prospective homebuyers. Loubna, a resident of Saint-Cloud, expressed her interest in investment opportunities in Marrakech and northern Morocco, highlighting the diversity of properties available and the personalized support offered, as reported by attendees.
Holding Al Omrane, the parent company, is conducting an international tour to connect with Moroccans worldwide, with Paris being the first stop. The group intends to hold six additional events across Europe and the Americas, incorporating digitalization to enhance the visitor experience. The Paris exhibition, held at the Hôtel Vauco Paris porte de Clichy, is free to enter and runs from 10:00 to 19:00 each day.
The Al Omrane Expo Marocains du Monde initiative is part of a broader effort by the group to engage with the Moroccan diaspora, offering a range of properties including land, apartments, and villas in various Moroccan cities. The program aims to provide promotional offers and advantageous conditions to facilitate investment, according to a LinkedIn post from Holding Al Omrane.
The event follows the opening of the renovated Al Omrane Paris branch in 2025, which now serves as a strategic hub for Moroccans in France. The Al Omrane group has previously organized similar events internationally, branded as “AL OMRANE EXPO MAROCAINS DU MONDE,” to cater specifically to the needs of Moroccans living abroad.
