Chance Overview

Moody’s Analytics is expanding its Structured Finance Sales team and seeking an experienced Sales Representative/Hunter to drive sales of its Structured Finance Portal. This role focuses on managing the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to serving as the primary contact for prospective clients.

Role and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative is to increase client awareness and interest in Moody’s Analytics solutions. Success hinges on aligning Moody’s Analytics solutions with client needs.

The main product to sell is the Structured Finance Portal, a software designed to enable investors and asset managers to conduct risk management on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), asset-backed securities (ABS), or residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS).

Moody’s suite of solutions and services are developed to ensure needs and specific issues faced by clients are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and initiating new sales opportunities.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Demonstrating the Structured Finance Portal and answering technical questions.
  • Presenting value propositions and conducting client training.
  • coordinating responses to requests for product and services information, including proposals and RFPs.
  • Engaging subject matter experts and sales specialists to develop future product extensions, improvements, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related business field is preferred.
