SDG Spezia Pallamano suffered a 31-21 defeat against Medicea Handball in their first match of the menS Serie B handball season. the Bianconeri experienced a challenging start to the campaign, marked by a disjointed first half and a more competitive second period.
coach Michele Andreini, a former player for the club, acknowledged the team’s youth and potential. “The group is young and demonstrated grit and character in the league opener,” he stated post-match. “We need to work hard given their experience level, but this attitude is what we need to build on. our focus is creating a strong team environment were players can develop as athletes and individuals, learning from experienced leaders within the squad.”
