Meagan Good Celebrates 40th Birthday with ‘Epic’ Cartagena Trip with Jonathan Majors and Friends
Actress Meagan Good marked her 40th birthday with an elaborate family and friends trip to Cartagena, Colombia, alongside partner Jonathan Majors. The group enjoyed a multi-day celebration featuring dining at the acclaimed Salon Tropical, known for its seafood and colombian cuisine, as well as dancing, workouts, and excursions to the Rosario Islands and Tierra Bomba Island facilitated by Boating Cartagena.
The trip, described by Good as “THEE MOST EPIC BIRTHDAY FAMILY TRIP EVER!” provided a space for cherished memories and reaffirmed the importance of family and self-love as she enters a new decade. Good previously shared her positive outlook on aging with ESSENCE,stating,”I wont other women to look forward to getting older and embrace all the amazing freedom it brings.”
The festivities included a celebratory dinner at Salon Tropical, and exploration of the surrounding islands. Good’s sister, La’Myia, publicly expressed her affection in a post-trip message, calling Good “fearless” and a “reflection of God’s love.”
Good turned 40 on February 8, 2023, and used the milestone as an chance to advocate for embracing the journey of aging and finding empowerment through life’s lessons. She expressed a desire to be “more usable in the Kingdom (of God)” as she moves forward.
