Los Angeles’ Arts District welcomes ‌a taste of London with ⁤the arrival of Berenjak, a celebrated Iranian restaurant​ known for its coal-grilled meats and vibrant atmosphere. The new location,opening today,September 24,2024,marks the first U.S. outpost for⁣ the Soho House-backed eatery.

Berenjak’s expansion signals a growing demand for authentic regional cuisine‌ in Los Angeles, offering diners a unique culinary experience beyond typical Persian fare. the restaurant aims to recreate the bustling, convivial atmosphere of Tehran‘s conventional grill houses, bringing a new energy to the DTLA dining scene.⁢ This opening provides a⁤ important possibility for Angelenos to experience a highly-regarded ⁣international restaurant without leaving the city.

Founded in London in 2018 ⁤by Kymberley anne and Bartek Sloma,‍ Berenjak quickly gained recognition for its focus on⁤ lesser-known Iranian dishes and its commitment to quality ingredients. The menu centers around dishes⁢ cooked over a coal grill, including koobideh (minced lamb kebabs), joojeh (chicken), and barg (filet mignon).
