The incident ⁢occurred as morse‍ and co-star Angus‍ Imrie attempted‌ to secure a discount on an ⁣item priced at £110.

The exchange, captured during filming, saw Morse suggest kicking the seller “in the shins” after Imrie proposed negotiating⁢ a lower price. Imrie responded with ⁤mock‌ concern, feigning injury,‍ before Morse offered ​a ‍more ‌conventional approach: asking for ⁤the item‌ for £50.
