The inaugural Audio Affect Series, a music production workshop, has concluded its initial session, empowering aspiring producers wiht skills and community. The program, designed to foster talent in the music industry, culminated in participants being tasked with creating a beat within two months for a potential compilation project. This project will be curated by veteran producer and DJ Battlecat and is slated for a vinyl release next year.
One participant, Navran, shared her past hesitations about music production, stating, “I didn’t produce for a long time as I thought I couldn’t.” she found motivation through encouragement from friends, observing others
