‘Do Dream Camp’ launches in Samcheok
The center recently hosted the Do Dream Camp
for 26 middle school students in Samcheok. This event marks a meaningful expansion of the Training Center’s educational programs, which have historically focused on adult residents. The camp serves as a pilot program, paving the way for similar initiatives targeting youth in other former mining communities.
Comprehensive Curriculum for Future Success
Camps are scheduled to run through August, drawing participants from Samcheok, Yeongwol, Taebaek, and Jeongseon. The curriculum is designed to foster both personal and professional growth, with a strong emphasis on:
