Los Angeles, CA – Kendall Jenner, the model and reality television personality, is hinting at a meaningful career pivot.The 29-year-old, known for her work with major fashion houses and her role in “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” and “The Kardashians,” is increasingly focused on a future centered around interior design.
In a recent interview with vogue, Jenner expressed a desire for a more grounded lifestyle, stating she could envision a future where she dedicates herself entirely to designing homes. “I swear, I will stop everything and only design houses,” she revealed, articulating a longing for simplicity and the freedom to enjoy everyday comforts.
This ambition isn’t merely aspirational. Jenner is currently in the process of building a new home outside of Los Angeles, a project that has already garnered praise from within the industry. Fellow model Gigi Hadid, a close friend, confidently stated she would “seriously commission” Jenner to design a house for her, highlighting the budding designer’s potential.
Despite growing up in the public eye,Jenner reflects on a surprisingly “normal” childhood. She and sister Kylie Jenner were shielded from the full impact of thier family’s rising fame until their television debut in 2007, prioritizing education and a semblance of everyday life. “We went to school for as long as possible and kept a piece of normalcy,” Jenner explained, acknowledging the unique circumstances of her upbringing.
While Jenner continues to pursue modeling opportunities and appears on “The Kardashians,” her comments signal a clear desire to transition towards a more creatively fulfilling and private future.
