Car Wedged Under Dump Truck Shuts Down H-3 Freeway

Emergency Response and Aftermath

Both vehicles came to a stop in the shoulder lane within the tunnel. The Honolulu Fire Department was dispatched to the scene and successfully extricated the 71-year-old woman, who was pinned inside her car.
