# Jessie J Reveals Cancer Battle and future Plans
Singer Jessie J has revealed she was diagnosed wiht cancer and underwent treatment, sharing her plans for the future. the artist,35,announced in a video shared on instagram that she is now back at work.
“It is the first time I have been back to work,” Jessie J said in the video, filmed in a car. “It is the first time that I have not been wearing a postoperative bra in public and the first time I wear something later.” She also shared that she had an “intestinal cleaning” for the first time and was wearing a catsuit. “And I am wearing a catsuit. What am I doing?” she laughed.
jessie J announced her cancer diagnosis in June and underwent surgery the same month. She explained that the diagnosis has motivated her to pursue long-held dreams.”I think I’ve always had those things in mind,” she said. “But because of the cancer I will actually do them.” These plans include writing a book, making a children’s album, and removing all her tattoos. She also expressed a desire to go on vacation with her family and improve her cycling skills. “I want to go on holiday with my family and learn to cycle. I can cycle, but only in a straight line.” She also wants to learn a language, though she admits that is unlikely to happen. Additionally,she is considering shaving her head and training to wear “Batty Riders” shorts in the summer.
The video Jessie J shared on Saturday is three weeks old, she wrote on Instagram. She has since been on vacation with her family.
