Jeremy Van Horebeek Wins MX1 Race in Brazil – MXGP Update

Rubini Takes MX1 Lead in Brazil After Strong Weekend Performance

Stephen Rubini has ascended to the top of the MX1 standings in the Brazilian Motocross Championship following a dominant performance over the weekend. The French rider secured a victory on Friday and a second-place finish on Sunday,propelling him into the championship lead.

The challenging circuit tested the riders,with Jeremy Van Horebeek,who goes by the nickname “The Jerre,” acknowledging the difficulty. “Thanks to Honda and all the sponsors, we did fantastic work. The track was tough, and I didn’t want to take unnecessary risks,” stated Van Horebeek.

Rubini’s consistent results have placed him at the forefront of the MX1 class, with a current points total of 261. He holds a narrow lead over Fábio Santos, who sits in second with 256 points. The championship battle is far from over, with three rounds remaining in the Brazilian series.

In the MX2 category, Honda also celebrated success with the notable performance of Chilean rider Benjamin garib. Formerly with Bud Racing Kawasaki,garib claimed a victory in the MX2 class,showcasing his talent on the Brazilian circuit.
