The altercation, which took place at an undisclosed location in Los Angeles, resulted in Foxx sustaining facial injuries requiring stitches after a glass was thrown at him.While the Los Angeles County district Attorney’s Office has declined to pursue criminal charges, the incident raises questions about safety and conduct at private events, particularly those involving public figures. Representatives for both Foxx and GloRilla have not yet responded to requests for comment.
According to reports, the incident began when members of the ”Jackass” team directed a laser projection of a penis onto Jamie Foxx’s table. Foxx reportedly confronted the group, and a glass was afterward thrown, causing lacerations to his face that necessitated medical attention.
The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office persistent there was insufficient evidence to file charges in the case.
