Prior to joining the Cavaliers, White played at North Dakota State, where he was named to the All-Summit League Second Team in the 2024-25 season. At North Dakota State, he averaged 17.1 points and 4.3 rebounds per game, starting 29 of 31 games played.

The State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships will also feature the Slam Dunk Championship, the Celsius Women’s 3-Point Championship, and a team shootout. Winners of the men’s and women’s 3-point contests will compete in the Skechers Battle of the Champions.

Hinkle Fieldhouse, home to the Butler Bulldogs, will host the event for the third time, marking the seventh time Indianapolis has served as the location for the championships. Past participants in the event include NBA players Gary Payton, Steve Nash, Cappie Pondexter, and Odyssey Sims, as well as more recent stars like Kris Jenkins, Jack Gohlke, Dyaisha Fair, and Ariel Atkins.
