The music video for “HEYA” (해야), the lead single from South Korean girl group IVE’s second extended play IVE SWITCH, surpassed 99 million views on YouTube as of March 21, 2026, according to Starship Entertainment.
Released on April 29, 2024, “HEYA,” which translates to “Sun!” in English, is a hip-hop track composed in the key of F minor with a tempo of 92 beats per minute. The song was written by Lee Seu-ran, Exy, and Sohlhee, with composition and arrangement credited to Ryan S. Jhun, Dem Jointz, Jack Brady, Jordan Roman of The Wavys, and Ido Nadjar.
IVE’s IVE SWITCH EP was announced by Starship Entertainment on April 3, 2024, with the tracklist revealing “HEYA” and “Accendio” as the lead singles on April 20, 2024. A motion teaser followed on April 21, 2024, and the music video teaser was released on April 24, 2024. A highlight medley teaser came out on April 28, 2024, preceding the full release of the song and EP the following day.
