Israel Strikes Senior Hamas Military Leader in Gaza City

An Israeli security official stated that initial indications suggest the Hamas leader, identified as Haddad, was killed during the operation. The target is described as the head of the organization’s armed wing.

Senior defense sources provided further details on the target’s identity, noting that the military leader was the captor of Liri Albag, a former hostage. The strike was part of a coordinated effort to eliminate high-ranking command elements within the Gaza Strip.
