Emergency services, including the fire brigade, police, and ambulance service, responded to the scene. initial reports indicated a “trapped person,” but this was later found to be untrue. The driver of the ford Fiesta was transported to a hospital for further treatment. The driver of the Renault Kangoo sustained injuries but opted to seek medical attention independently.
Both vehicles sustained damage and required towing due to equipment having expired. The fire brigade was involved in the response, assisting at the scene.
