A fire alarm system in an underground car park was triggered around 8 p.m. on Saturday evening.
However, several emergency vehicles on site were unable to identify any reasons for a trigger, such as smoke or fire, and determined that the fire alarm had been activated improperly.
This type of emergency call abuse can result in a fine or a prison sentence of up to one year.
The Lohr police have therefore started investigating the previously unknown perpetrator.
