Let me introduce myself, I am Mathilde Zeller, Consultant at Fed Légal, a recruitment consultancy firm specializing in legal and tax matters. For one of my clients, I am currently recruiting an insurance and group compliance manager.

Join an international company in the food industry.
Directly reporting to the Corporate and Compliance legal manager, you work in 3 areas: Insurance, Risk Management and Compliance.
Your main missions will be as follows:
– Negotiation of service agreements with brokers
– Participation in the subscription of group insurance policies
– Analysis, creation and monitoring of claims files
– Participation in annual visits with insurers
– Participation in bringing the Group’s brands into compliance with SAPIN II and GDPR regulations
– Update of the risk mapping
– Identification of existing policies and procedures, development with operational staff of the policies and procedures to be put in place
– Drafting of contractual clauses and appropriate policies for the group’s contractors
– Challenge the alert system and follow the alerts
– Establishment of training plans for people exposed within the group.
You will also be required to collaborate with the DPO, for the following missions:
– Control of personal data processing records
– Analysis and implementation of action plans in the event of incidents detected in a personal data breach
– Monitoring the processing of requests to exercise the rights of data subjects.
You have a Master’s degree in Insurance / Risks / Compliance or Business Law with a specialization in Insurance.
Pragmatic in nature, rigorous and meticulous, you know how to highlight your editorial qualities. Relational ease, adaptation, pedagogy and a taste for teamwork are the key words that define you, so don’t hesitate any longer and join the adventure!
The position is to be filled as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
