Former member reveals exit from JYP Entertainment and group
**Kaylee** has officially announced the end of her journey with VCHA and JYP Entertainment, marking the latest development for the group after a tumultuous year. Her announcement follows the earlier departure of another member, **KG**, and a lawsuit alleging mistreatment.
Key Development
On July 11, **Kaylee** shared a heartfelt message on her Instagram account, stating that her time with VCHA and JYP Entertainment had concluded. Fans had speculated about her future with the group since she went on hiatus in March 2024.
In her statement, **Kaylee** expressed gratitude for the opportunities she had received and excitement for her future endeavors, mentioning her intent to explore new creative paths.
Dear VCHA fans and supporters,
This is **Kaylee**. I wanted to inform everyone that my journey with JYP Entertainment and VCHA has come to an end.
Firstly, I want to express my deepest gratitude to JYP Entertainment for the incredible opportunity they gave me and for all the experiences I gained during my time as a trainee and member of VCHA.

Lawsuit Allegations
Earlier this year, former VCHA member **KG** departed from the group and filed a lawsuit against JYP Entertainment’s USA branch. The suit contained claims of abuse and mistreatment impacting the health and safety of the members.

**KG**’s lawsuit included allegations that a member, speculated to be **Kaylee**, attempted suicide due to the alleged abuse. According to the CDC, suicide is a leading cause of death in the U.S., with over 49,000 deaths in 2022 alone (CDC).
Background
VCHA was formed through the survival show A2K (America2Korea), in which **J.Y. Park** created a girl group trained under the K-Pop system. After an initial release, the group went on hiatus. News of the lawsuit was the first official update in a long time.

The future of VCHA remains uncertain after these departures and allegations. Many fans are hoping for a resolution and a path forward for the remaining members.
