Houston Restaurants Offer Multi-Course dining Experience
houston,TX – several Houston-area restaurants are providing patrons with a curated multi-course dining experience,allowing guests to select from a variety of appetizers,salads or soups,main courses,and desserts. This prix fixe menu structure offers a comprehensive culinary journey for diners.
The first course presents a selection of appetizers, including Queso Blanco served with pico de gallo, cilantro, green onions, and tostada chips. Fried Mushrooms are offered dusted with Parmesan and served with ranch dressing. For those seeking a bit of heat, Range Rattlers feature jumbo jalapeños stuffed with shrimp and Jack cheese, garnished with cilantro and ranch dressing. A classic Shrimp Cocktail, served chilled with pico de gallo and cocktail sauce, is also available. An optional add-on of Bourbon Glazed Bacon, described as thick-cut, applewood smoked, with pickled red onions and chipotle mayo, is available for an additional $2.00.
The second course allows guests to choose from a Dinner Salad with a selection of dressings, a Caesar Salad, or a Cup of Potato Soup. A Wedge salad is also offered as an upgrade for an additional $5.00.
For the third course, diners can select from several entrees, each served with a choice of side. The signature Steak & shrimp features a center-cut top sirloin accompanied by either grilled or fried shrimp. The Urban Cowboy Medallions consist of two filet medallions served with grilled shrimp, lemon butter, and green onions. An upgrade to a 12oz New York Strip is available for an additional $9.00. The Blackened Redfish is prepared with shrimp, lump crab meat, diced tomatoes, green onions, lemon butter, capers, and red pepper flakes. The Mixed Grill option includes grilled shrimp, a grilled chicken breast, and “fall of the bone” BBQ pork ribs.
The meal concludes with the fourth course, offering a choice of three desserts: Carrot Cake with cream cheese icing, Chocolate Cake with chocolate icing, Blue Bell ice cream, and chocolate syrup, or Cheesecake served with strawberry and white chocolate sauce.
The restaurants note that no substitutions are permitted and the offer cannot be combined with any other promotions. The special is available at select Houston locations only, and tax and gratuity are not included.
