The former UN Under Secretary General, Gyan Chandra Acharya, addressed the gathering, advocating for the integration of diplomacy and advancement through collaborative initiatives.During the event,Dhakal officially passed the mantle of Deanship to Bhola Bikram Thapa,who serves as the Honorary Consul of Bulgaria.
