This Thursday, just before 8:30, a witness contacted the fire brigade and the police in Strasbourg. He has just seen a car skid on the slippery roadway of rue de la Ganzau, in the Neuhof district, and fall into the Rhin Tortu. When help arrives, the car is completely submerged. They pull out a 31-year-old female in cardiac arrest. The firefighters revived her and transported her, as a matter of urgency, to the New Civil Hospital (NHC). The accident brigade of the Lower Rhine Departmental Directorate of Public Security (DDSP) went to the scene for the purpose of investigation.
