Husband Sues Las Vegas Restaurant Alleging Delayed CPR Contributed to ⁤Actor mike HeslinS ⁢Death

Las Vegas, NV – Scotty Dynamo, husband of the late actor Mike‌ Heslin, has filed⁣ a wrongful death lawsuit against Aria Resort ⁣and Casino, owners of Javier’s Las Vegas,‍ alleging negligence in responding to Heslin’s medical⁣ emergency. The suit claims restaurant staff failed to administer timely CPR, potentially contributing to Heslin’s death at the ⁢age of 30.

Heslin, known⁤ for his⁣ roles in Paramount+’s Lioness and Lifetime’s The Holiday Proposal Plan, passed away on July 2nd following a week-long hospitalization for an unexplained cardiac event. Dynamo announced the tragic news via Instagram, stating doctors were unable ‍to determine the cause ⁣of his husband’s sudden illness.

According to⁣ court ‌documents⁤ filed on September 18th and obtained by Us weekly, Dynamo is pursuing five⁣ counts against the Aria Resort and Casino:‌ wrongful death, ‍loss⁢ of consortium, negligence, gross negligence, and negligent⁣ hiring, retention, training, and supervision.

The lawsuit details the events ‍leading‍ up to heslin’s death. While dining wiht friends ‌at Javier’s,heslin reportedly collapsed. Witnesses immediately called for help, ⁢moving him to the‍ floor⁢ and ⁢signaling ⁢distress. Despite multiple employees‌ observing Heslin’s‍ deteriorating condition, the suit ⁣alleges⁣ they ‍”stood ‍by, took no ⁣immediate lifesaving action, and failed⁤ to initiate or support⁤ efforts that coudl have saved Michael’s life.”

A particularly disturbing claim within the lawsuit alleges that a bystander did attempt to administer CPR, but ⁢was “forcefully removed” by a⁢ Javier’s employee,‌ interrupting the potentially life-saving procedure.

Dynamo’s complaint further asserts that the restaurant failed to maintain adequate emergency response equipment, including a readily available⁤ and functioning Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and‌ did not activate⁢ established‍ emergency protocols.

This lawsuit raises serious ⁢questions about the preparedness ⁢of restaurants and other public establishments to respond effectively ‌to medical emergencies. The case is ongoing, ‌and⁤ world-today-news.com ‌will continue to provide updates as they become available.
