Tuchel Criticises⁢ Bellingham’s Reaction After England‘s World Cup Qualifying Victory

England completed their flawless World Cup qualifying ⁣campaign with a 2-0 win against Albania, securing eight victories ‌from ‌eight ⁢matches in Group K and conceding no goals. Though, manager Thomas Tuchel has criticised Jude Bellingham’s reaction to being ⁣substituted during the match, describing it as “petulance.”

Tuchel acknowledged⁣ Bellingham’s frustration but stated the midfielder⁤ “has to ⁢accept‍ the decision.” He further praised Harry Kane‘s record-breaking performance, surpassing Pelé’s tally of 77 international goals with a late‌ double. “We⁢ just mentioned it in⁣ the ⁢dressing room,” Tuchel said. “This cherry on top of everything is that he overcomes Pelé today. The investment of Harry in these matches⁣ is just outstanding. He is so invested in everything that we do.”

Tuchel‌ also highlighted Kane’s consistent high level of performance, noting⁤ it mirrored his form for Bayern Munich. “If you see him play‌ for Bayern Munich, I have⁣ to say it’s⁣ the same. He’s in a mindset and a ‌physical condition that is absolutely at the highest level. He produces goal after‍ goal for‍ us, and the way he works, tracks back, finds‍ solutions in offensive ‌play. ⁣It’s just outstanding⁣ at the ‍moment.”
