Hannah Bronfman’s NYC Warehouse Home Tour: Inside the Stylish Family Loft

Navigating New York City’s famously limited real estate demands ingenuity, and for angel investor Hannah Bronfman and DJ Brendan Fallis, that meant transforming a NoHo factory warehouse into a warm, inviting family home. The couple, parents to Preston Miles Thomas Fallis, 5, and Claude Peaches Anne Fallis, 2, recently completed a meticulous renovation of their 3,000 square-foot triplex, offering a glimpse into a space that blends industrial history with modern family life.

The building, erected in 1900, was purchased from a former rare book curator, according to House Beautiful. Bronfman and Fallis enlisted architecture firm This Is Eau to undertake a complete gut renovation of the space, aiming for a design that was “calm and inviting, but design-driven,” Fallis explained to the magazine. The project, completed in 2025, sought to preserve the building’s character while creating a functional environment for their family.

The resulting home features large windows, a neutral color palette, and plush seating. A key element of the design is an open-plan kitchen and dining area, maximizing light with white cabinetry and countertops. A striking marble backsplash adds a modern touch, while burners are integrated directly into the countertops to optimize space. A skylight above the dining table further enhances the sense of spaciousness.

The main level’s rooms flow together, yet are defined by large windows, decorative floors, and a floor-to-ceiling mirror in the dining room. Throughout the loft, built-in shelving provides ample storage and display space. A dramatic winding staircase leads to the upper level, where the primary suite is located.

The primary suite overlooks the lower level and features window panels that can frost for privacy. Decorated in neutral tones, the bedroom offers a sense of quiet luxury. The en-suite bathroom is designed as a spa-like oasis, with a soaking tub and marble flooring and vanity. The suite as well includes a walk-in closet, a rarity in New York City apartments, with dedicated space for shoes and accessories.

The lower level of the triplex houses two additional bedrooms for guests, as well as a media room and a dedicated play space for Preston and Claude. The couple opened their home to publications like “Open House” and “House Beautiful,” sharing the details of their renovation and design choices.
