The annual fall donation drive aims to replenish dwindling blood supplies ahead of the busy holiday season and ensure local hospitals can meet patient needs.
Blood donations typically decrease in the fall and winter months due to increased travel and seasonal illnesses, creating a critical need for donors. South Texas Blood & Tissue provides blood to 40+ hospitals and healthcare facilities across South Texas and Central Mexico.Every donation can save up to three lives, and all blood types are currently needed.
