Hai Phong Police Search for Witnesses to Two October Traffic Accidents
Hai Phong police are searching for witnesses to two separate vehicle collisions that occurred in October, leaving both motorcyclists hospitalized.
Intersection Collision on Road 354
The first incident occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m. on October 18 at the 12+600km mark of Provincial Road 354 in Phu Khe village, Tien Lang commune. Mai Thi Thu Trang, born in 1990 and a resident of Hai An ward, was driving a car with license plate 15K-245.24 from the Tien Lang commune police station toward Cau Dam market. As she turned left onto the southern bypass road, her vehicle collided with a motorcycle traveling in the opposite direction.
The motorcycle, bearing license plate 15B2-095.54, was driven by Ngo Quoc Anh, born in 1992 and living in My Ngo village, Tien Lang commune.

Trailers and Motorcycle Crash on Mac Thai to Street
The second collision took place on October 27 at 7:43 p.m. at the intersection of Mac Thai To Street and the 68m road in Hai An ward. Van Dan, born in 1992 from Van Chung village, Yen Khuong commune, Tuyen Quang province, was operating a motorcycle with license plate 22AA-743.10.
Initial police findings indicate Dan was traveling from the Mac Thai To-Dinh Vu intersection toward the DEEP C Hai Phong II roundabout when his motorcycle collided with a tractor-trailer moving in the same direction. The tractor-trailer, bearing license plate 15H-112.50 and towing a semi-trailer with plate 15RM-090.50, was driven by Tran Van Lien, born in 1995 from Bai Da village, Nong Cong commune, Thanh Hoa province.
The Traffic Police Division of the Hai Phong City Police Department is actively investigating the causes of both accidents.
