Google Cloud Launches Massive AI Training Initiative Across Latin America, Aiming for Guinness World Record
Buenos Aires, Argentina – November 21, 2023 – Google Cloud is set to deliver a meaningful boost to AI literacy across Latin America with the launch of “Traitita+ Ia in practice with Google Cloud,” a free, large-scale training program in generative artificial intelligence. The initiative, taking place on December 6th, will together reach students and professionals in fifty universities across ten Latin American countries, including Argentina, with an additional online participation option extending it’s reach.
The program is specifically designed for individuals without prior technical expertise,aiming to equip over 200,000 people with the skills to leverage Google’s cutting-edge Gemini AI model. Training will focus on practical applications within popular tools like google Workspace and NotebookLM, and will cover crucial concepts such as prompt engineering – the art of crafting effective instructions for AI systems – and no-code AI growth, enabling users to build AI agents without conventional programming knowledge.
Google Cloud is aiming to break the guinness world Record for the largest simultaneous hybrid AI class with this event. The company emphasizes that investing in talent development is paramount to enhancing regional competitiveness.
