A 52-year-old man from the Galanta district is facing severe charges related to child pornography and sexual abuse, following a police raid on his home Tuesday, September 16. The Trnava Regional Directorate of the Police Force announced the arrest and subsequent charges,which carry a potential prison sentence of seven to twelve years.
The investigation centers on allegations of sexual abuse, the production of child pornography, possession of such material, and participation in a child pornographic performance. Authorities seized multiple mobile phones, a computer, and other electronic devices during the search. due to the sensitive nature of the case-involving a minor and youthful victim-police stated they are limited in the details they can release.
