Concertgoer Apologizes for Stage Disruption
“Misunderstanding” Led to Tossed Item at Golden Longan Live Show
A recent concert by the popular Thai band Golden Longan experienced an unexpected interruption when an audience member threw an item onto the stage, halting the performance. The band later identified the individual, who has since issued a public apology.
Concert Interrupted Amidst Seating Discrepancies
During a live performance by Golden Longan in Lamphun province, the band was forced to pause their set. This occurred after an object was thrown onto the stage, prompting a temporary stop to find the source of the disruption. The incident was reportedly linked to a dispute over seating arrangements and perceived value for money.
The organizer clarified that concert tickets were priced at a uniform 160 baht for general admission. They explained that a 1,500 baht package was not for entry but for a beverage and food set, sponsored by the event’s partners. The organizer emphasized that attendees standing at the front to dance during the performance could not be prohibited.

Apology Issued by Individual Responsible
The band’s management had announced plans to pursue legal action against the individual responsible for the stage disruption. Meanwhile, a man, identified as the concertgoer, has come forward to admit his involvement via a video shared on social media.
“It is a misunderstanding about reservations with the viewers in front. Causing me to be dissatisfied And threw without intention to reach Nong Longan. I am very sorry for the longan. And apologize to all the people of Lamphun province That causes damage and reputation. Sorry.”
