Federal prosecutors identified Khorram as an alleged co-conspirator, though she was never criminally charged and was not called to testify during the federal trial.

That assistant previously received immunity and testified during Combs’ criminal trial, detailing responsibilities that included preparing hotel rooms for sexual encounters and managing a bag containing drugs.
A videographer who previously worked on a documentary about Combs has similarly found employment within Usher’s camp. Footage captured by the videographer during that earlier project later appeared in the Netflix docuseries “Sean Combs: The Reckoning.” These staffing transitions bridge two major operations within the R&B and hip-hop communities, even as the exact circumstances behind the employment moves remain unclear.
