Forlimpopoli, Italy – A new, state-of-teh-art gymnasium opened its doors Monday morning at the Pellegrino Artusi hotel Institute, providing a modern and enduring space for over 800 students.The €2,050,000 project was funded by PNRR funds, wiht contributions of €868,000 from the province and €150,000 from the Municipality of Forlimpopoli.
construction began in December 2023, marking a significant step in the institute’s ongoing redevelopment.The new facility builds on work completed in 2022 with the renovation of the main school structure.
“It represents an significant milestone and a further objective achieved for our school community,” stated regional councilor valentina ancarani, recalling her previous role overseeing provincial school construction. “It is the realization of a commitment…thanks to the collaboration between institutions and the ability to carry out value projects over time.”
The gymnasium is designed to be efficient and sustainable, improving the quality of school life and providing students with adequate training spaces.

“Returning to over 800 pupils an avant-garde gym, safe and low energy impact means giving concreteness to the desire to invest in school as a common good and as a growth garrison for the whole territory,” officials concluded.
