Fleet Advantage Launches Software to Accelerate Truck Lease Surrenders
Fleet Advantage has introduced OffLease Reimagined, a new software platform designed to dramatically streamline the heavy-duty truck lease surrender process for corporate fleets. The platform, integrated with the company’s existing ATLAAS system, centralizes portfolio management, automates communications, and standardizes documentation for inspections and repairs.
The launch addresses a critical pain point for fleets managing large numbers of vehicles – lengthy and often error-prone lease surrender processes. OffLease Reimagined reportedly reduces average surrender timelines from over 90 days to approximately 30 days, while also decreasing clerical errors by nearly 50%. This efficiency translates directly into cost savings and improved operational performance for fleet operators.
The new tool earned the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Excellence in Innovation Award,recognizing its impact on digital change and efficiency. Fleet Advantage cites examples of client savings, including one fleet avoiding over $10 million in lease extension charges.
