Fedez and Chiara Ferragni’s divorce is now legally official. The Milan court has issued the sentence for their joint divorce, marking the end of one of Italy’s most prominent social media couples. The agreement, signed by both Fedez and Ferragni, entrusts their children to both parents with nearly joint custody. No child support payments will be made, and Fedez will cover school and health expenses for their children.
The court deemed the agreement adequate. This legal conclusion follows the official separation pronounced by the Milan court in December 2024. At that time, Fedez’s legal team announced that the divorce would be finalized within six months, citing the couple’s maturity and mutual availability in the best interest of their children. Ferragni’s lawyer confirmed that the agreement did not include child maintenance, a decision made by Ferragni to expedite the process for the minors’ benefit.
The end of this highly publicized relationship, which began in 2016 and culminated in a widely followed wedding in Noto, Sicily, in 2018, concludes without legal disputes.
