The crash of a car against a cargo trailer on the Bronx Expressway left a lifeless 19-year-old young man early Wednesday morning in the Bronx.
The events were reported at 1:30 am near the intersection with Nelson Avenue.
According to police information Two 19-year-olds were riding in a BMW car when they tried to pass a tractor-trailer.
The vehicle hit the trailer and was pressed against the dividing wall of Avenida.
One of the young people who was traveling as a co-pilot died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle, also 19 years old, was trapped inside and had to be rescued by the rescue forces.
However, despite the spectacular nature of the accident, he was unharmed.
The driver of the trailer stayed at the scene of the accident.
While the victim was not identified.
