Fargo Library Robbery: Woman Arrested After Bicycle Theft
FARGO,N.D. – A robbery was reported at the downtown Fargo Library around 1 p.m. on July 28, leading to the arrest of a woman in connection with the theft of a bicycle.
Officers responded to the scene after a report that a man had his bicycle stolen from him north of the library, near a grassy area.The victim later confirmed to authorities that he was robbed of his green bicycle by a group that included a woman armed with a knife.

According to documents, Morin changed her story when officers informed her that she matched the suspect’s description. She then admitted to being at the library around noon but insisted she did not commit the robbery.
