FARGO,N.D. – A robbery was reported at the downtown Fargo Library around 1 p.m. on July 28, leading to the arrest of a woman in connection with the theft of a bicycle.
Officers responded to the scene after a report that a man had his bicycle stolen from him north of the library, near a grassy area.The victim later confirmed to authorities that he was robbed of his green bicycle by a group that included a woman armed with a knife.
