EDGEBROOK, CHICAGO – Edgebrook Coffee Shop, located at 6404 N. The collaboration came about after Edgebrook Coffee Shop owner, Michael Nixon, developed a rapport with Chef Sindelar and his wife, who have been regular patrons of the diner for over a year. Nixon envisions the Finer Diner as a recurring supper club, inviting diverse chefs to showcase their culinary talents within a neighborhood setting.
“We want to bring a Downtown dining experience to the northwest Side,” Nixon explained. “People love the Duck Inn, but the 14-mile trip can be a barrier. This allows folks to enjoy that level of cuisine without the commute.”
