Director of Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine
Dr. Imran Ashraf, a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, has joined Hudson Pro Orthopaedics in New Jersey and New York City.
Dr. Ashraf completed his internship at New York Medical College/St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York City, and subsequently completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York.
He further specialized with a fellowship in orthopaedic sports medicine at the University of Miami, where he served as a team physician for the Miami Marlins (Major League Baseball), University of miami Athletics (“The Hurricanes”), and US Sailing.
“I believe that I can relate too my patients, as I practice what I preach. I am helping patients to get back to living a healthier and active lifestyle.I do understand that injuries are a part of being active, and I have suffered and worked through several injuries myself over the years,” says Dr. Ashraf. Outside of his practice, he enjoys running, weight lifting, nutrition, and yoga.
Dr. Ashraf prioritizes individualized care, tailoring consultations and treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs and concerns.
