The Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies across channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Display, Native, and YouTube. Key responsibilities include budget allocation, ROI optimization, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization.
The role also encompasses team leadership, including recruitment, professional development, and coaching of Senior Marketing Managers and Specialists. Close collaboration with the CMO, as well as teams from BI, Product, Content, UX, and Tech, will be essential to ensure a consistent and performance-focused customer experience.
Moreover, the position requires continuous monitoring of digital marketing trends, testing of new platforms and technologies, and integration of best practices into campaign strategies.
