Digital Transformation in Indonesia: BPM Uses Qumon App to Enhance Quality Assurance
Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa (UJB) through its Quality Assurance Bureau (BPM) has launched a socialisation campaign for the Qumon application to strengthen the internal quality assurance system governed by LLDIKTI Region V. The digital initiative aims to streamline evaluation procedures and enhance institutional accountability across higher education networks.
According to institutional reports, the Qumon application is designed to optimize data collection and monitoring processes tied to academic standards. BPM representatives presented the technical framework and operational guidelines to university stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into existing administrative workflows. The rollout aligns with regional directives from LLDIKTI Region V, which oversees private higher education quality maintenance and accreditation readiness.
The implementation process requires academic units to adapt their documentation practices to the platform’s standardized digital metrics. University administrators reviewed compliance benchmarks during the initial briefing sessions, focusing on how automated tracking reduces reporting discrepancies. Technical teams will continue testing system interoperability ahead of the full operational phase scheduled for the upcoming academic term.
