The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns, from strategic planning and budget allocation to execution, reporting, and optimization. Key duties include developing and presenting detailed campaign reports showcasing success against KPIs and objectives, collaborating with external partners like media outlets and advertisers, and maintaining consistent dialog with the internal team to ensure alignment with business goals.
A core component of the role involves staying abreast of new technological standards, shifts in the media environment, and integrating the latest market insights and data into campaign strategies. The Specialist will also evaluate the performance of paid media campaigns and propose strategic recommendations for improvement, alongside providing support to the broader media and performance team.
Candidates should possess between 2 and 5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with proven expertise in paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is essential, as is a solid understanding of website tagging for conversion tracking.
Experience working within an agency setting and familiarity with programmatic advertising are considered valuable assets. Holding valid Google and Facebook Blueprint certifications is also a plus. fluency in both French and English is required, due to the necessity of regular communication with international colleagues, partners, and suppliers, as well as the creation of bilingual internal documentation and participation in English-language meetings.
