NORTH SALEM, NY – A sprawling 83-acre estate located at 422 Hardscrabble Road in North Salem has sold for $7,265,000, marking teh highest recent sale price for a property in the area, according to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties. the property was initially listed for $9.25 million and carries annual property taxes of $137,718. the identities of the buyer and seller have not been disclosed.
