Halden‘s Inaugural ‘SodightchargedfestivIVAL’ Concludes Five-Day Dance Party
Halden, Norway - September 14, 2025 - The first ‘SodightchargedfestivIVAL,’ a short-lived but intensive dance festival, wrapped up in Halden today, marking five days of continuous dance activity. The festival, held from September 9th to September 14th, brought together dancers of all levels for workshops, performances, and community engagement.
The event aimed to foster a vibrant dance scene in Halden and provide a platform for both established and emerging artists. Participants included Fv Malén Røsnes, Siri Aaserud Tverberg, Klara Bertelsen, Solfrid Holder, Alma Heggem, Lycke gjevingaas, Martine Solberg Eidem, Vilde Signebøen, maria Victoria Byring Hansen, Lisa Serine Lobsgaard, Rawan Anas, Elise Purand, Lovise Lorentzen, Lilly Marie Løvhaug Heidenberg, Lilja Jonsdottir, and Sverre Magnus Heidenberg. The festival’s photographic documentation was provided by sodightchargedfestivival. While the future of the festival remains unconfirmed, organizers hope to build on this initial success to establish an annual event.
